Job summary

The Lee Company is seeking a supervisor to oversee journeyman level construction, installation, alteration and repair of sheet metal products and equipment in accordance with blueprints and work orders. You will provide technical guidance to helpers or apprentices in our program.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with five years of related experience; supervisory experience is a plus and will be valued in this team-oriented setting.

• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises journeyman level construction, installation, alteration and repair of sheet metal products and equipment in accordance with blueprints, drawings and work orders.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to helpers or those enrolled in our apprenticeship program.
