Job summary

RQ, LLC is seeking a Sheet Metal Trade Foreman to join our Field Operations team on Naval Submarine Station Kings Bay, Georgia. The role supervises and coordinates sheet metal crews to safely produce quality work on DoD scale projects, within budget and schedule.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years as a foreman, 3+ years field or trade experience, and CPR/First Aid/OSHA 30+ certifications; MS Office proficiency is required with BIM/Revit training a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; construction coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as foreman supervising sheet metal on medium/large projects.
• Minimum 3 years field/trade experience; DoD/government or large commercial preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Primavera/Oracle/BIM/Revit training is a plus.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and coordinate sheet metal crews on site.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with project team to meet DoD project requirements.
