Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Sheet Metal Trade Foreman for site supervision at Naval Submarine Station Kings Bay, GA. You will direct crews, ensure safety, and deliver metalwork that meets budget and schedule requirements.

The role requires 2+ years as a foreman in sheet metal, with DoD/government or large commercial project experience preferred. Competitive pay with benefits and DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Minimum two years as a Foreman supervising the sheet metal trade on medium/large projects.
• Minimum three years field or trade construction experience; DoD/government/military or large commercial preferred.
• Design-build experience desirable.
• Experience fabricating sheet metal for industrial/commercial projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; training available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, and Revit/Autodesk.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available).

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate assigned sheet metal crews on project sites.
• Ensure work meets project requirements, budget, schedule, and aligns with company values.
