Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Sheet Metal Trade Foreman for Naval Submarine Station Kings Bay, GA. You will supervise sheet metal crews, ensure safety, and drive quality on government and private projects with a DoD focus.

Requires 2+ years as foreman in sheet metal, 3+ years field experience, and relevant certifications. Competitive pay ($40–$50/hr) and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Minimum two years as Foreman supervising sheet metal on medium/large projects.
• Minimum three years field or trade experience; DoD/government/large commercial preferred.
• Design-build experience desirable.
• Experience fabricating sheet metal for industrial/commercial projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Primavera, Oracle, BIM, Revit training available.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, STS certifications required (training available).
