Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC seeks a Sheet Metal Trade Foreman to join the Field Operations team at Naval Submarine Station Kings Bay, GA. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate crews, ensure safety and quality, and work toward project budgets and schedules.

The role requires 2+ years as a foreman in sheet metal, experience on medium to large projects, and hands-on fabrication knowledge. DOE pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Foreman supervising the sheet metal trade on medium or large projects.
• Minimum three (3) years of field or trade experience in construction; government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred.
• Design-build experience is desirable and experience fabricating sheet metal in various shapes for industrial/commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate assigned construction crews on site to safely deliver quality work.
• Ensure alignment with project requirements, budgets, schedules, and RQ's values.
• Maintain safety and quality controls and coordinate with other trades.
