Qualifications

• Experiences in sheet metal fabrication with CNC laser cutting and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and precision measurement tools.
• Familiar with safety standards in metal fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines according to specs and blueprints.
• Fabricate sheet metal components using forming machines and related tools.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T to ensure accuracy.
• Set up and operate CNC milling, lathes, and EDM equipment as needed.
• Perform precise measurements to verify quality.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime.
