RenewAire, LLC is seeking Fabrication Technicians in Waunakee, WI to build high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems for hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings nationwide.

You’ll join a world-class manufacturing team responsible for precision sheet metal production using lasers, punches, and robotic systems in a clean, climate-controlled factory. The role requires reading blueprints and maintaining safety standards, with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with measurements in inches and feet.
• Capable of lifting 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

We're seeking Fabrication Technicians to build high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems that bring fresh air to hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings across the country.

What You'll Do:

Join a world-class team in precision sheet metal production. You'll operate cutting-edge equipment-lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systems to craft high-quality components in a climate-controlled, clean, and safety-focused facility.

Choose Your Schedule:

• Four 10-hour days: Monday - Thursday
  
• OR Five 8-hour days: Monday - Friday
  Start your day between 5:00-6:00 AM, and enjoy flexibility built around your life.
  

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• At least 3-5 years operating metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, press brake, etc.)(Press and Trumpf)
  
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  
• Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  
• Basic computer and math skills
  
• Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
  
• A strong communicator who's proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
• Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions
• The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
