RenewAire in Waunakee, WI is seeking Fabrication Technicians to build high-performance ERV systems for hospitals, schools and buildings across the country. Join a world-class team operating lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders and robots in a climate-controlled facility.

You will work either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days with start times between 5:00 and 6:00 AM, enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years operating metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer and math skills (read measurements in inches and feet).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systems.
• Fabricate high-quality sheet metal components in a climate-controlled facility.
• Read blueprints and follow technical drawings to spec.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality targets.

What You’ll Do

Join a world-class team in precision sheet metal production. You'll operate cutting-edge equipment—lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systems to craft high-quality components in a climate-controlled, clean, and safety-focused facility.

Choose Your Schedule

• Four 10-hour days: Monday – Thursday
• OR Five 8-hour days: Monday – Friday Start your day between 5:00–6:00 AM, and enjoy flexibility built around your life.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 3-5 years operating metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, press brake, etc.)(Press and Trumpf)
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
• A strong communicator who’s proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
• Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions
• The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
