Job summary

RenewAire in Waunakee, WI, is seeking Fabrication Technicians to build high‑performance ERV systems for hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings. Flexible schedule options include four 10‑hour days or five 8‑hour days, with start times from 5:00 to 6:00 AM. The role emphasizes reading blueprints, strong teamwork, and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions
• The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Operate laser, punch, press brake, panel bender, and robotic systems for precision sheet metal parts.
• Produce components in a climate-controlled, safety-focused facility.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide fabrication.
• Collaborate with team to meet quality and production goals
