Job summary

RenewAire in Waunakee, WI is hiring Fabrication Technicians to build high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation systems for hospitals, schools and commercial buildings. You will join a world-class team, operating lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotics in a climate‑controlled, safe facility.

Choose four 10‑hour days (Mon–Thu) or five 8‑hour days (Mon–Fri), starting between 5:00 and 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Basic reading of engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate high‑quality ERV components for hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.
• Operate lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, and robotic systems in a climate‑controlled facility.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide production and quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet safety and production standards.

Choose Your Schedule

• Four 10-hour days: Monday - Thursday
• OR Five 8-hour days: Monday - Friday Start your day between 5:00–6:00 AM, and enjoy flexibility built around your life.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• At least 3-5 years operating metal fabrication equipment (laser, punch, press brake, etc.)(Press and Trumpf)
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
• Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally
• A strong communicator who’s proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
• Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions
• The ability to frequently lift up 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
