RenewAire, LLC is seeking Fabrication Technicians in Waunakee, WI to build high-performance Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems for hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings nationwide.

You’ll join a world-class manufacturing team responsible for precision sheet metal production using lasers, punches, and robotic systems in a clean, climate-controlled factory. The role requires reading blueprints and maintaining safety standards, with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with measurements in inches and feet.
• Capable of lifting 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting-edge equipment (lasers, punches, press brakes, panel benders, robotics) to fabricate high-quality components.
• Work in a climate-controlled, clean, and safety-focused facility.
