You’ll read blueprints, set up the press brake, verify tooling, and program the sequence that turns flat sheets into precise components to print. You’ll move to the hardware insertion station, assemble to spec, and collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot fit-up questions while upholding quality and a clean, safe work cell.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in sheet metal is a plus.
• Documented experience as a sheet metal fabricator or closely related role.
• Solid command of fabrication processes, techniques, and shop tools.
• Proven ability to read and apply technical drawings and blueprints.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability; comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a fabrication setting.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to define requirements and tolerances.
• Operate press brakes, hardware insertion machines, and perform assembly to complete parts to print.
• Verify work against quality standards and customer specifications.
• Partner with team members to diagnose and resolve fabrication challenges.
• Uphold a safe, orderly work area aligned with all safety regulations.
