Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Machine Operator for Fabrication/Sheet Metal on the 3rd shift.

The role includes forming or punching sheet metal on multiple machines and setting up equipment to achieve precise parts while maintaining safety and quality. 3rd shift runs Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a $1.75 per hour shift premium in addition to base wage; candidates may train on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• 1+ years of fabrication experience.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, protractor, square).
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Forms or punches sheet metal on machines.
• Operate Strippit/Flatbed/Brake Press/Laser, etc.
• Sets up equipment and machinery for precise forming or punching.
• Accurately puts sheet metal into the machine.
• Visually and physically inspects product for accuracy and flaws.
• Other duties as assigned.
