Job summary

Royston Group in Royston, GA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift to support a sheet metal fabrication facility. You will operate fabricating equipment safely, read work orders and blueprints, and help maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to operate fabrication equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate fabrication equipment and machinery.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, blueprints, and production documentation.
• Follow work instructions and specifications to complete tasks.
• Inspect finished products and materials for quality compliance.
• Identify and report quality issues or equipment concerns to supervision.
• Perform general labor and material handling tasks; assist with setup and changeover.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; adhere to PPE requirements.
