Job summary

Ipsen, Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Mechanic to coordinate and perform layout, setup, and operation of fabrication equipment to manufacture metal components per engineering drawings and schedules.

The role focuses on safe, accurate, and efficient fabrication, interpretation of blueprints, and preparation of machines/ materials for production. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal components and parts according to blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications.
• Set up, operate, and safely use fabrication and machining equipment to produce high-quality parts within required tolerances.
• Consistently meet or exceed production deadlines while maintaining company quality and safety standards.
• Produce parts that meet or exceed quality standards as determined by the Production Supervisor and/or Quality Inspector.
• Perform set-ups and operate listed machinery safely and efficiently.
