Ipsen USA is seeking a Fabrication Mechanic to coordinate and perform layout, setup, and operation of fabrication equipment to manufacture metal components in accordance with drawings and production schedules. This role ensures all fabrication activities are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting or exceeding quality standards.

Qualificações

• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.
• Ability to perform precise measurements with calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Safety-conscious with PPE compliance.
• Good math skills for measurements and tolerances.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal components per blueprints and specs.
• Set up and operate fabrication/machining equipment to meet tolerances.
• Meet production deadlines while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect materials with precision tools to ensure dimensions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
