Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer focused on sheet metal fabrication for agricultural equipment. You will develop and optimize fabrication processes, design tooling, and drive lean improvements to enhance throughput and quality.

The role involves CAD-driven design, CNC programming support, and collaboration with product engineering on manufacturability. On-site Wisconsin location with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sheet metal fabrication experience, incl. profiling and bending equipment.
• Strong 3D CAD skills, preferably Creo.

Responsabilités

• Develop, document, and optimize fabrication processes for sheet metal components.
• Design and improve jigs, fixtures, and tooling for cutting, bending, forming, and welding.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time, scrap, and rework.
• Collaborate with product engineering on manufacturability (DFM).
• Support CNC programming for plasma/laser cutters, and welding cells.
• Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to support planning.
