Staffmark Group is hiring a Sheet Metal Associate in El Cajon, CA. You will set up and operate sheet metal forming machines, measure and form parts, and ensure products meet specifications. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality in a production environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, and experience with measuring tools. This is a hands‑on manufacturing position with growth opportunities on a fast-paced shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-to-intermediate mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience using measuring tools and shop math preferred.
• Manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet metal forming machines and rolling/cold drawing equipment.
• Measure, mark, lay out, deburr, and form sheet metal parts.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
