Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in metal fabrication.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety mindset.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate sheet metal to exact specifications per work orders.
• Interpret plans and drawings and set up fabrication work.
• Operate fabrication machinery and perform cutting, forming, welding, and grinding.
• Maintain shop tools and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and assist training others.
• Work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Submit accurate paperwork.
• Represent the company professionally.
