Staffmark Group in Abilene, TX is seeking a Production Associate to operate and maintain sheet metal machinery, keep products moving, and maintain a safe, organized floor. Monday–Friday (6 AM–4 PM) with Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or sheet metal is preferred.
• Must be able to read specifications and orders.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sheet metal machinery to support production goals.
• Clean drilled holes, insert tubes and seal tubes as needed.
• Inspect machines and perform minor adjustments for proper function.
• Move materials and ensure a safe, clean workspace.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
