Job summary

AtWork is seeking a skilled press operator to support the lead operator in producing envelopes that meet rigorous quality standards while maintaining optimum press speeds. You will join a team in a stable environment that values reliability and hands-on problem solving.

You will set up and operate sheet-fed offset presses, make precise adjustments, perform routine maintenance, and assist with color and registration corrections to ensure every job meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working on a press crew or supporting a lead operator.
• Ability to adjust press parts to maintain feed consistency and quality.
• Comfort with cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheet-fed offset presses to meet specs.
• Make adjustments to ensure clean feeds and consistent runs.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of ink rollers, blankets, and fountains.
• Replace worn parts and perform minor repairs with guidance from senior operators.
• Assist with color and registration corrections before and during runs.
