Job summary

4over is seeking a Press Operator to set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot a Komori sheet-fed press for high-volume production. The role includes supervising the feeder and ensuring quality output on the first shift (early start time).

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience on Komori Sheet Fed presses, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interpret job orders and color specifications, while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience as a Komori Sheet Fed Press Operator.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with sheet fed press maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and color specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and operate the sheet feed press to produce high quality print products.
• Access the Batching System to view press schedule and identify priority jobs.
• Lead and direct assistant operator and mentor junior colleagues.
