Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Mentor, OH is seeking a safety-focused professional to support SHE compliance within the Adhesive Technologies unit. You will participate in internal and external safety assessments, support the Safety Committee, and help maintain site risk controls.

Responsibilities include coordinating waste and stormwater documentation, assisting with the Compliance Calendar, trainings and drills to ensure timely execution of programs that protect people and the environment.

Qualifications

• Performs internal and external SHE assessments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Supports safety initiatives and site risk management.
• Assists in documenting waste and stormwater compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs, coordinates or participates in internal and external SHE assessments to ensure compliance with SHE Standards and regulations.
• Supports site's Safety Committee, coordinate site risk assessments, and train site personnel as required in SHE policies, systems and practices.
• Assist in waste and stormwater documentation compliance.
• Support with Site’s Compliance Calendar ensuring programs, training, emergency drills and various activities are completed in a timely fashion
