Job summary

Henkel Corporation's Adhesive Technologies unit is seeking a Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) leader to shape compliant, safe operations across its facilities in the Americas. You will lead the implementation of SHE programs, partner with operations and engineering, and translate regulatory requirements into practical site practices.

You will conduct inspections, manage investigations, develop controls, train staff, and prepare reports to support continuous improvement and site-wide safety

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of SHE management systems to ensure regulatory compliance across designated facilities in the Americas.
• Serve as a technical SHE resource to operations by identifying risks, interpreting requirements, and recommending practical solutions.
• Lead and prioritize safety and health investigations across diverse operational environments.
• Develop and implement engineering controls, process improvements, and preventive measures to reduce injuries and environmental impacts.
• Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and compliance assessments; communicate findings and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare SHE reports and compliance documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver SHE training, procedures, and communications translating requirements into workplace practices.
