Springmoor Life Care Community in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Weekend Activity Assistant to support the Memory Care program. Under the supervision of the Life Enrichment Director, you will help plan and implement activities designed to engage residents in social, physical, emotional, and spiritual ways.

This role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and adaptability when working with senior residents.

Qualifications

• Must be mature in all areas while dealing with senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out an activity program to involve every resident in the Memory Care unit.
• Ensure activities address residents' social, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs within their individual limitations.
