Job summary

Springmoor Life Care Community in Raleigh, NC, seeks an Activities Assistant for a weekend, part-time role in the Stewart Health Center Memory Care. You will help plan and carry out an activity program to engage residents.

The program should include individual, small, and large group activities and meet social, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs within each resident's abilities. You will work under the Life Enrichment Director.

Qualifications

• Must be mature in all areas while dealing with senior citizens.

• Activities Assistants under the supervision of our Life Enrichment Director will help plan and carry out an activity program to involve every resident in the Stewart Health Center Memory Care.
• The program should include individual, small and large group activities.
• The program must be designed to meet each resident’s social, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs within his/her individual limitations.
