Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with local Muslim-American communities and mosques is preferred.
• NMLS mortgage originator license required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into funded home financing contracts.
• Manage a client pipeline with follow-up via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Host seminars at mosques and community centers to build community awareness.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy throughout the financing process.
• Explain benefits and mechanics of Shariah-compliant financing.
