Guidance Residential, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Account Executive in Fremont, CA to guide Muslim clients through Shariah-compliant home financing. You will handle inbound leads, conduct meetings, and educate communities about Diminishing Musharakah-based mortgages, all while building a network of real estate agents and community partners.

The role emphasizes serving local Muslim-American communities with a focus on accuracy in loan documentation and adherence to Islamic finance principles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong familiarity with local Muslim-American communities and mosques is explicitly required.
• NMLS mortgage originator license required before start date (Guidance Residential provides licensing support)

Responsabilités

• Convert inbound leads into funded home financing contracts (3–4 closed deals per month).
• Manage active client pipeline via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Host educational seminars at mosques and Islamic centers to raise community awareness.
• Develop and maintain a referral network of agents and community leaders.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy throughout the financing process.
