Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a SharePoint UX Designer for onsite work in Clearwater, FL. You will craft user-centered experiences across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and transformation teams.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, prototyping, IA, and accessibility. You will lead design initiatives, support usability testing, and help evolve design guidelines while maintaining momentum on project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in UX, HCI, information architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX design experience with SharePoint Online or digital workplace projects.
• Proven ability to design SharePoint sites, intranets, and knowledge portals.
• Strong user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility.
• Experience with information architecture, taxonomy, metadata.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 initiatives.
• Create wireframes, mockups, layouts, site maps, and prototypes.
• Manage multiple design initiatives and deliver on timelines.
• Develop information architecture, taxonomy, metadata strategies.
• Participate in discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Apply UX standards, accessibility, and SharePoint best practices.
• Support usability testing and collect user feedback.
• Collaborate with SharePoint developers and MS 365 admins.
• Advocate for end-users throughout the design process.
• Present concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to evolving design guidelines and templates.
