Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a SharePoint UX Designer for onsite work in Clearwater, FL. You will craft user-centered experiences across SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and transformation teams.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, prototyping, IA, and accessibility. You will lead design initiatives, support usability testing, and help evolve design guidelines while maintaining momentum on project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in UX, HCI, information architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX design experience with SharePoint Online or digital workplace projects.
• Proven ability to design SharePoint sites, intranets, and knowledge portals.
• Strong user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility.
• Experience with information architecture, taxonomy, metadata.

Location: Clearwater, FL, onsiteType: Contract through 2026Compensation Range: $75 - 80/hr W2We are seeking a talented SharePoint UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital workplace experiences across SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
