Job summary

State of South Carolina is seeking an Application Developer III (SharePoint Developer) to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Power Platform solutions. You will build intranet layouts, workflows, and web parts, emphasizing user-friendly UI and accessible interfaces.

Work with cross-functional teams, automate business processes, and support the full software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

High school diploma plus experience in modifying and maintaining system software.
Minimum of 4 years of SharePoint Online development experience building custom applications.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field may substitute for the required work experience.
Experience with modern programming practices and object-oriented design.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Power Platform solutions.
Design intranet layouts, workflows, and web parts with strong UI/UX and accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes and support the full SDLC.
Partner with IT and leadership to shape software development strategies across phases.
