Job summary

Scio seeks a senior UX designer to translate complex intranet ecosystems into clean, intuitive employee experiences. You will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery leads to define scalable wireframes, layouts, and reusable design standards for a financial services client.

You will facilitate UX workshops, contribute to information architecture, and ensure designs are feasible with the SharePoint Tech team in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, digital product design, or complex enterprise intranet design.
• Mastery of design tools for wireframing, prototyping, page layout, and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and content discoverability.
• Experience facilitating UX workshops with business stakeholders.
• Proven track record collaborating with technical teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex intranet ecosystems into clean, intuitive employee experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, page layouts, and interaction designs for SharePoint sites.
• Define reusable design standards and component libraries for department sites.
• Facilitate UX workshops with stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively.
• Collaborate with the SharePoint Architect and Developer to ensure feasibility and scalability.
