Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a SharePoint Technical and Data Management Support Services professional for a full-time role in Mobile, AL. The position requires SECRET clearance and will focus on supporting SharePoint development, data management, and process improvement for government-related documentation and workflows.

The role includes creating dashboards, developing workflows, maintaining electronic documents, and producing reports that track status and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Four (4) years infrastructure and web-based development in a SharePoint software environment.
• Education – Bachelor’s Degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software suites to include Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience in Performance Metrics, Analysis, and Trending.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint development of local OPC SharePoint tools, software support and upgrades such as dashboards, workflows, data maintenance, data organization.
• Develop SharePoint workflows to support contract management, team activities, dashboards for user status, and mature SharePoint sites for document management, repository and search/referencing functions.
• Maintain electronic documentation in SharePoint including MSAM docs, decisional memorandums, modifications, concepts and specifications.
• Initiate, expedite, and close out process workflows related to document creation, indexing, review, delivery, and approval.
• Create standardized reports and graphs on status of workflows and metrics on usage of the workflow capability.
• Present SharePoint systems status and user requirements to COR and Government staff.
