People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a SharePoint Project Manager to lead DoD IT initiatives at Scott Air Force Base. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate with the COR, manage tasks in PMIS, and ensure deliverables.

Strong SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate skills are required along with a SECRET clearance. You will interface with government personnel, prepare regulatory reports, and drive project success across on-premises and cloud SharePoint

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field related to information technology or equivalent experience.
• Active SECRET clearance required.
• 10 years of experience with the Project Lifecycle Methodology for requirements gathering, prioritizing, classifying, and executing projects.
• Five of ten years must be in a DoD IT environment supporting SharePoint, MS Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Access, Excel, and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary interface between the government and contractor team.
• Collaborate with COR to manage projects using the Project Lifecycle process.
• Analyze and categorize customer requirements by project type, category, and status.
• Manage and sequence developer tasks in PMIS or similar systems.
• Conduct limited developer tasks when required.
• Engage with government leads during IPRs per Project Lifecycle.
• Ensure all document deliverables meet lifecycle requirements.
• Report to COR during daily/weekly engagements to track task status.
• Attend meetings and briefings as required by the COR.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting requirements are met and delivered to customer reps.
