Job summary

Significance seeks a mid-level SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer to support a large client portfolio for federal civilian and DoD customers. An active Secret clearance is required, and you will build, automate, and optimize SharePoint and Power Platform solutions while providing user training and documentation.

You will gather requirements, design automated workflows, migrate content, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure governance and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development.
• Experience creating, maintaining, configuring, and provisioning SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
• 3–5 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support a backlog of internal and client requests for SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Create and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, workflows, and other solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and implement robust automated solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Platform issues and provide ongoing support.
• Support SharePoint site and content migrations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for technical solutions and user guidance.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support client reporting needs.
• Follow established governance solutions, technical models, and development standards.
• Test solutions thoroughly to ensure quality and accuracy prior to implementation.
• Provide training to diverse user groups and develop training documentation.
