Job summary

CFDay is seeking an experienced SharePoint / Power Platform Specialist to support a U.S. Army program at Fort Lee, Virginia.

This role provides hands-on technical support for SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration, workflow automation, reporting, permissions, content management, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will administer and optimize SharePoint sites, design modern solutions, and build Power BI dashboards while ensuring secure access and alignment with government

Qualifications

Strong hands-on SharePoint administration and design
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
Experience with permissions, content management, and workflow automation

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, and permissions
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Design, configure, and support workflow automation and digital processes
Support Microsoft Teams integration and collaboration capabilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Modernize legacy SharePoint forms and workflows when required
Translate government requirements into SharePoint/Microsoft 365 solutions
Coordinate with government customers and contractor personnel
Provide testing, documentation, sustainment, and user support
