Job summary

Bridge Defense in Washington, DC, seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Administrator / SharePoint Developer to enhance and extend our government-focused tools. You will maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint environments while designing new solutions to improve analyst workflows and data visibility in a high‑security setting.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • 3+ years of SharePoint Online administration and development.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data sources (SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, Dataverse, APIs).
  • Experience implementing role-based access control and data security within Power Platform.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Working knowledge with Collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Design, build, and deploy new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end-user requirements.
  • Manage Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gateways.
  • Develop automation and workflow solutions to streamline processes for client base.
  • Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Design and deploy new SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Ensure reliability, accessibility, and security of SharePoint-based applications and content.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide user support, documentation, and training for applications and dashboards.
  • Work with IT security teams to ensure all solutions align with information assurance and cybersecurity standards.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with the rest of engineering team to design and launch new features.
