Job summary

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified SharePoint/Power Apps Developer to join on site at Fort Belvoir, VA, supporting government customers. You will provide development, configuration, and technical support for SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions within Army or similar DoD environments.

Under supervision of senior developers and PMs, you will translate functional requirements into technical components, document work, troubleshoot, and participate in SDLC activities to

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Baseline IAT-II certifications (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, SSCP).
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Foundational SharePoint development experience (lists, libraries, permissions).
• Basic knowledge of SPFx and modern web tech (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Hands-on Power Apps development and basic Power Automate workflows.
• Understanding of GOTS/COTS concepts and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, pages, and components.
• Build and configure basic Power Apps applications to meet requirements.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate under supervision.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Maintain SharePoint site collections, lists, libraries, and content.
• Support SharePoint permissions and site functionality issues.
• Apply patches, updates, and environment changes.
• Assist in migrating SharePoint content to new environments.
• Support IT projects across multiple efforts and document technical details.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
