Job summary

MI Technical Solutions, Inc. seeks a SharePoint Developer to design, implement, and sustain SharePoint-based collaboration tools and Power Platform solutions.

You will administer SharePoint Online environments, build custom solutions, and create dashboards to enhance data management and mission efficiency. Responsibilities include integrating with Microsoft 365 services, applying security governance, and delivering end-user training.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of development experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
• Working knowledge of web development technologies including JavaScript, HTML, ASP.NET, XML, jQuery, and REST services.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and debugging/testing.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Administrator/Owner for SharePoint Online and SharePoint environments.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions to improve data management and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Customize SharePoint functionality with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and scripting.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Enforce security best practices, governance, and permissions across sites.
• Support Information Management and Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Provide technical writing, end-user support, and training for SharePoint solutions.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate mission needs into IT solutions.
