Job summary

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified SharePoint/Power Apps Developer to join on site at Fort Belvoir, VA, supporting government customers. The role involves developing and configuring SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions within Army or DoD environments.

You will translate requirements into technical components and participate in documentation, testing, and end-user support. The Junior Developer applies SPFx, Power Platform tools, and modern web technologies to deliver

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• IAT-II baseline DoD 8570.01-M certifications must be held.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in CS or IT.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Foundational SharePoint development experience.
• Basic familiarity with Power Automate workflow creation.
• Understanding of GOTS and COTS integration concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 development principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SharePoint solutions, pages, and components.
• Build and configure basic Power Apps applications to meet requirements.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate under supervision.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Maintain SharePoint site collections, lists, libraries, and pages.
• Resolve SharePoint permissions and site functionality issues.
• Apply SharePoint patches, updates, and environment changes.
• Assist in migrating SharePoint sites or content to new environments.
• Support IT project development tasks across multiple projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for supported apps.
• Provide updates to customized SharePoint pages and assist end-user training.
• Offer initial task estimates to Project Managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design/customize applications.
• Support integration of GOTS/COTS applications as directed.
• Maintain compliance with contract requirements and SDLC processes.
