Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our government-focused team on site at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will design, develop, and implement enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) that advance Army Records Management and related DoD programs.

You will mentor junior developers, estimate efforts, and drive technical execution across multiple projects while ensuring security, compliance, and SDLC discipline.

Qualifications

• Active in-scope Secret clearance.
• IAT-II level computing environment certifications per DoD 8570.01-M.
• 5–7 years of technical development and implementation experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise Power Apps applications.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, data models, and analytics reports.
• Lead technical development across Army/DoD IT projects.
• Mentor junior developers and support project planning and estimations.
