Qualifications

5+ years supporting and developing SharePoint Online (Office 365) and Microsoft 365 hybrid environments.
5+ years in SPFx customization and integration with Microsoft 365 apps.
5+ years front-end design/UI/UX development experience.
5+ years implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and creating runbooks.
Experience building workflows with Power Automate and governance documentation.
Strong technical documentation and governance skills.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, and permissions.
Configure Entra ID security groups and advanced settings for governance.
Audit site permissions and collaborate with site owners to improve functionality.
Develop intranet solutions, layouts, workflows, and automation.
Provide SharePoint support and deliver training to end users.
Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational docs.
Monitor usage, manage site quotas, and align with MS 365 roadmap.
