Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of IT Communications & Digital Operations to shape strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of SHI's communication channels, SharePoint intranet, and Microsoft 365 tools.

You will partner with IT, Security, Risk, HR, and Internal Communications to ensure timely, relevant employee information across channels. The role leads platform governance, adoption, and enterprise technology communications, driving improvements in employee experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in internal IT communications or intranet management.
• Experience managing SharePoint Online environments and governance frameworks.
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise communication strategies.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide IT communication strategies supporting technology initiatives and adoption.
• Lead communications for technology updates, outages, maintenance events, and service disruptions.
• Establish content architecture governance and standards for IT messaging.
• Create and manage communication plans for digital transformation and employee adoption.
• Partner with IT leadership to communicate roadmaps, enhancements, and priorities.
• Shape and support incident, outage, and risk communications with cross-team collaboration.
• Enable employee notification across ServiceNow, alerting platforms, email, SharePoint, Teams, and new channels.
• Own SHI’s intranet powered by SharePoint and related 365 apps; govern content lifecycle and publishing.
• Drive SharePoint information architecture, navigation, and user experience improvements.
• Measure platform performance, adoption, and engagement; evolve governance for usability and compliance.
