Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute migration of SharePoint from On-premises to Cloud.
• Utilize hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations and 3rd party migration tools (SharedGate is a must; experience with AvePoint preferred).
• Apply strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation during migration.
• Support and use various SharePoint tools as needed.
• Adapt and problem-solve in a discovery-phase project environment with many unknowns.
• Ensure effective data loss prevention (DLP) is a plus.
• Work as a hands-on engineer (not a lead or manager).
• Communicate and present project updates clearly to stakeholders.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven SharePoint migration experience (On-prem to Cloud).
• Experience with 3rd party migration tools (especially SharedGate; AvePoint a plus).
• Strong PowerShell scripting abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) is a plus.
