Job summary

Amalgamated Bank seeks a SharePoint & Collaboration Platform Administrator to own day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams-connected sites.

You will manage permissions, information lifecycle, and governance to protect bank content while aligning with enterprise policies. This is a platform stewardship role with strong change control and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years administering Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads in an enterprise.
• Experience designing and enforcing SharePoint permission and information architecture at scale.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and the PnP module for bulk administration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams-connected sites including provisioning, storage, hub architecture, and search configuration.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Apps deployment, update channels, and client policy across the enterprise.
• Perform capacity planning, service health monitoring, and incident response for collaboration workloads within ITIL processes.
• Implement and enforce site provisioning standards, naming conventions, and content classification.
• Maintain permission architecture and conduct periodic recertification of site owners and privileged groups.
