Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Microsoft 365 Collaboration & SharePoint Administrator to lead SharePoint Online governance, architecture, and optimization in a GCC High environment. You will design information architecture, manage document workflows, and drive end-user collaboration improvements across the enterprise.

Work closely with CorpIT and stakeholders to implement automated processes using Power Platform, establish governance standards, and deliver secure, scalable collaboration solutions that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years administering SharePoint Online.
• 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365.
• Experience designing Information Architecture.
• Experience managing enterprise document management systems.
• Experience using Power Automate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint Online within the Microsoft 365 GCC High environment.
• Design and administer SharePoint site architecture (Hub, Team, Communication Sites).
• Configure site collections, templates, navigation, and hierarchy.
• Provision new SharePoint sites; manage permissions, ownership, quotas, storage.
• Perform platform administration, health monitoring, and feature adoption.
• Develop and maintain collaboration standards and lifecycle governance.
• Conduct permission and ownership reviews and manage external sharing controls.
• Develop MS 365 business solutions using Lists, Power Automate, Forms, Planner, Teams.
