Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks a skilled professional to design and build custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for the Permits and District Offices tools. You will gather requirements from business clients and translate them into user stories for the Development Team.

Prototyping, testing, and debugging will be part of your daily work. You will lead and mentor junior technical staff, oversee design and development tasks, and help continuously improve the live Permits tools across

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for the Permits and District Offices tools.
• Gathers requirements from business clients and translates them into user stories for the Development Team.
• Prototypes, tests, and debugs applications and processes, including the Permits virtual/help agent.
• Prioritizes and tracks work items to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Re-engineers business processes and identifies quick wins for District Offices and legislative fee prep.
• Tests deliverables and develops training materials and documentation for new processes and systems.
• Leads and mentors junior-level technical staff, providing direction, guidance, and oversight on design and development tasks.
• Supports and continuously improves the live Permits and District Offices tools across stakeholders, developers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities:
