Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC seeks a skilled Business Analyst/SharePoint Specialist to design and implement SharePoint and web-based solutions for Permits and District Offices. You will translate business needs into user stories and guide a development team through design, testing, and deployment.

You will prototype, test, and train, ensuring high-quality delivery while mentoring junior staff and improving live tools for stakeholders and end users.

Competenze

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Application Trainer, or QA Analyst.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint as a designer.
• SharePoint design, testing, and training expertise (lists, libraries, content types).
• Proven experience evaluating and re-engineering business processes.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise technical training materials and documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of the full application development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and builds custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for the Permits and District Offices tools.
• Gathers requirements from business clients and translates them into user stories for the Development Team.
• Prototypes, tests, and debugs applications and processes, including the Permits virtual/help agent.
• Prioritizes and tracks work items to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Re-engineers business processes and identifies quick wins for District Offices and legislative fee prep.
• Tests deliverables and develops training materials and documentation for new processes and systems.
• Leads and mentor’s junior-level technical staff, providing direction, guidance, and oversight on design and development tasks.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated success in balancing customer needs with organizational policies, constraints, and project goals
• Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff.
• Knowledge of NCDOT Permits processes and District Office operations
• Knowledge of NCDOT’s Transportation Life Cycle business processes

Required Skills:
