Job summary

SHR is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to provide site-level support for the DoW COOP/COG SharePoint portal. The role is onsite at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex, PA, and requires residency within commutable distance and an active Secret clearance with potential upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.

The candidate will maintain portal content, permissions, and structure; design and test automated workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps; provide Tier II support; assist in content migrations to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 7+ years of SharePoint/portal administration experience.
DoW 8570.01-M / DoW 8140 certification (IAT/IAM) required before start.

Responsibilities

Maintain SharePoint site content, permissions, and structure for the DoW COOP/COG Portal.
Support the design, testing, and maintenance of automated workflows with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams integration.
Provide Tier II support and coordinate Tier III service calls with DISA/DEOS.
Support content migrations, lifecycle management, and archiving to SharePoint Online.
Update readiness-status content and ERG check-in information within the portal during exercises and activations.
Provide user support and assist in maintaining user guides and training materials to increase adoption.
Contribute to AARs and ITSCM updates.
