Job summary

SHR is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to guide the team managing the DoW enterprise COOP/COG SharePoint portal, ensuring availability, performance, and security across SPO and on-premises. You will architect, plan, and implement governance, and enable secure collaboration with Power Platform automation.

Active DoD Secret clearance is required to start, with potential upgrade to Top Secret/SCI. You must be local to the DC area and able to work full-time onsite near the Pentagon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI as needed.
• Experience managing enterprise SharePoint Online / Server at scale.
• Experience with Power Platform and Teams integration.
• Knowledge of governance, records-management, and security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DoW COOP/COG Portal architecture and operations.
• Configure and manage SharePoint site collections and security.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Plan migrations to SharePoint Online and manage content lifecycle.
• Provide Tier II/III support with disaster recovery and continuity focus.
• Develop AI-assisted content classification and enterprise search.
